On behalf of the congregation of Rainbow Praise Church, we want to take this opportunity to say Thank you for your willingness to serve on the Community Outreach Team at Bonanza High School on Saturday August 29, 2020.
As a body, we have been blessed with your wisdom and dedication to the church, serving faithfully and always reaching above and beyond what is asked of you to help further the message of the Gospel. Your passion for bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world is evident in the things you do, and we are so blessed to have your experience and wisdom as we seek new ways to fulfill the Great Commission this year at RPC.
It is a blessing when people step out in faith to serve the community. The Bible reminds us that we are all given gifts to be used in service to the Lord. Romans 12: 4-8 tells us 4 “For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, 5 so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. 6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; 7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; 8 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.”
