Rainbow Praise United Church of Christ is ‘A house of prayer for all people!’ We are an all-embracing, multicultural, LGBTQIA+ congregation of beautiful diversity and welcome ALL people, no matter your gender identity, sexual orientation, age, race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status. You can have big faith, little faith, or no faith at all, we are all children of God and you are welcome. We celebrate every person for their individual uniqueness and desire to love and serve our God. We are an extravagant voice of love.
Our Story
Rainbow Praise United Church of Christ began as Rainbow Praise Church, celebrating their first service on Saturday, April 12, 2014. It has always been and opening and affirming, LGBT+, welcoming church for all.
In 2020, Rainbow Praise Church became a part of the United Church of Christ, changing our name to
Rainbow Praise United Church of Christ.
Reverend Marjorie Guese has been the pastor of Rainbow Praise United Church of Christ since 2018.
